Head of Internal Audit
One of the world’s leading universities is looking to recruit a Head of Internal Audit to lead a small team of experienced auditors, reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and Audit Committee.
You will manage the University's Internal Audit Service which adopts a modern risk-based approach to internal auditing and is committed to performing its work in conformance with the definition, code of ethics and international standards of the CIIA. You will be exposed to the University’s full range of administrative and operational activities, systems and processes.

To be considered you must hold a relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIIA), alongside demonstrable experience either within the education or wider public sector, potentially from a Top 10 firm perspective too. You must have an understanding of delivering best practice within an internal audit function including knowledge of risk management, fraud investigation and governance structures and how these are applied large, complex organizations.
Using your first class stakeholder and strong leadership skills, you will have proven ability to manage and motivate a team of professional staff and a strong commitment to excellence in working with a diverse staff and student population.
