As ITV begins the process of rolling out a new centralised Data and Insight Strategy, it has been identified that a 12 month role is required in Interactive to support the transition and to ensure that key BAU tasks and insight activities are maintained in line with the Interactive strategic goals for ITV Win, including encouraging long-term SMS users to move to engage Online.

The role will also make prioritising decisions on behalf of Interactive where needed, based on pre-agreed levels of support from the Data and Insight teams.
  • This will lead to the creation of an ongoing  process between Interactive and Data and Insight.
