Internal Auditor

My client are a global financial services corporation with operations dotted throughout the UK and Europe. Due to an extensive internal audit plan we are seeking to expand our dedicated internal audit team with the addition of a qualified internal auditor to join our Yorkshire office.



The successful candidates will report into the Senior Internal Audit Manager and will deliver internal audits to the draft internal audit reporting stage whilst building and developing key stakeholder relationships.

We seek candidates who have previous internal audit experience. Financial services is desirable but not essential.

Candidates who can bring either operational audit experience OR financial audit experience are welcomed as we have 2 different opportunities.

Strong communication and influencing skills are essential - both written and verbal. This is a dynamic and expanding business and the successful candidate will need to be flexible with a can-do attitude. You will be a highly motivated, dynamic self-starter with a can do attitude.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding, niche financial services client located in Yorkshire.

We are also keen to hear from candidates who have operational payments experience and are keen to move their career into internal audit.

There is some UK travel with this role when allowed and the client operates a hybrid working model and so you will be based between the office and working from home.
