Context

As a member of the Non-Financial Risk Management team, you will focus on the implementation and the monitoring of the Bank's Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Information Security Framework.
You are expected to ensure that the Operational & IT Risk Policies are adequately applied within the organization, in line with the Bank's risk appetite. You will contribute to the roll-out of the Risk Management Monitoring Plan and appropriate reporting to the Management.

Mission and responsabilities

• Support the implementation of the ORM Framework within the Bank:

o support identification of non-financial risks and provide assurance on their appropriate monitoring / mitigation (including through the Risk & Control Self-Assessment process);
o conduct process design and control assessments and evaluate the adequacy of the controls (Design Effectiveness Testing and Operational Effectiveness Testing);
o follow-up and analyze operational incidents, identify potential solutions and ensure the completion of remediation actions;
o participate in the Business Continuity Plan update and testing (preparation, coordination, results analysis???);
o perform operational risk analyses on new products / projects, including on outsourcing files.

• In collaboration with the Chief Information Security Officer:

o roll out the Information Security Monitoring Plan: ensure that processes and controls are adequate, identify potential weaknesses, develop action plans and follow up their implementation, in close coordination with IT Security team;
o analyze IT incidents, challenge root causes analysis and action plan;
o perform IT risk analyses in the frame of new initiatives/projects;
o ensure a regulatory watch, perform gap analyses on new regulations and contribute to regulatory reporting.

• Participate in the implementation of relevant Key Risk Indicators, report adequately controls results and key observations to the Management through periodic reporting for both operational and IT risks.
• Promote best practices and an operational risk awareness culture within the organisation, assist operational staff in managing their risks by providing them methodological support, contribute to training sessions.

Profile

• Master's degree in relevant field (finance, economy, engineering???);
• A few years of experience within a Bank and/or in operational risk management field;
• Results/solution-oriented and strong analytical and conceptual skills, critical thinking, as well as ability to identify problems and propose solutions;
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and influencing skills;
• Ability to embrace and drive change and willingness to learn new skills;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment;
• Knowledge of organization, technology controls, security and risk issues including local regulatory framework regarding Information Technology (EBA, CSSF???) would be an asset;
• French and English are mandatory.
