Duties for the Compliance Monitor:

Working in the Secured Lending department
Listening to and auditing a variety of internal sales calls
Responsible for identifying any risks within the business and working within a regulatory framework
Providing training, advice and feedback and contributing to effective reporting and MI with a risk-based focus
Skills for the Compliance Monitor:

We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in Compliance ideally within a regulated environment
The ideal candidate will have some experience in call monitoring, with experience in the finance/secured lending industry preferable
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
