Markets Compliance Specialist, £75k + bonus

A large financial services organisation, with its regional headquarters in London, is looking to increase its capability in regulatory audit with the hire of a markets compliance subject matter expert. You will provide assurance over compliance and regulatory risk in their large, international corporate and investment banking business.

As subject matter expertise in markets compliance and regulation is the key to this role, the bank is more than happy to consider people from 1st or 2nd line of defence roles in risk or compliance and to allow you to develop internal audit skills as you go. Equally, an internal auditor with strong regulatory experience in an investment banking environment would also fit neatly into this role.

This international business will require you to travel to one or two short-haul international locations during the working week, so you will need to be open to some planned and non-weekend travel to be successful in this role. There is a flexible hybrid working model for the rest of the time.
