Internal Audit Manager - Financial Services

We are working closely with an expanding Big 4 consultancy business, who have ambitious growth plans over the next six months, to assist them in recruiting an Internal Audit Manager, specifically within their Financial Services division.

You will manage a portfolio of banking internal audit clients, delivering internal audit engagements from planning to reporting stages, leading and coaching team members, building relationships with a range of businesses across the UK.

To be considered you must have at least 4 years’ internal audit experience, ideally within the financial services sector, with a good understanding of how risks are managed in the industry. You will have first class written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong client handling expertise.

The ideal candidate can either come from another Top 10 firm, or from an in-house team within the financial services industry. The client would be open to offering you an early promotion if you are ambitious and feel ready to step up, and have the relevant skillset.
