Salary: Grade C - £30,022 to £34,846 (National Framework) or £35,040 to £39,864 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25)

There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £514 per annum for those working from home.

Fixed Term, Secondment for 23 Months

Location: Homebased or Office based within London, Leeds, or Newcastle. Due to the nature of the role, there will be some requirement to be in the office to work with the key stakeholders and project members.

As Portfolio Resource Analyst, you’ll make a valuable contribution managing and overseeing the assignment of specialist resource across our corporate transformation portfolio.

This is a key role in the portfolio team and a great opportunity for you to make a difference to support and drive the maturity of portfolio, programme, and project management across the transformation portfolio. You’ll build strong links with programme leaders to support them in defining and articulating their planned resource needs according to the nature and scale of their delivery. You’ll also work closely with our commercial and recruitment teams to source and onboard the right resource in line with our resource strategy.

You’ll develop and present insight into resourcing performance and in mitigating key risks presented by unmet demand and you’ll work to continually develop and improve your resource demand management service. You’ll also play a key role in developing our long term resource, recruitment and retention strategy for roles across the change profession.

What you will bring…

  • Good analytical skills with a natural ability to problem-solve.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • A dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Strong presentation skills. An ability to create insightful dashboard analysis that simplifies the complex.
  • You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to develop dashboards using Power BI desktop to create and share insight for a range of stakeholder needs.

Accountabilities:

Providing support and advice to colleagues across the organisation in the correct application and driving adoption of PPM standards, processes, tools, and techniques to advance organisational maturity and achieve continuous improvement.
