Business Analyst for Data and Business Intelligence vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Capturing business requirements, translating them into functional and non-functional requirements
• Contributing to the analysis and design of the solution while cooperating with the Solution Designer
• Supporting the test activities by creating test cases derived from the requirements
• Acting as SME on behalf of the business in the User Acceptance Tests
• Aiding users in building a business case, including cost and benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high-level plan
• Implementing impact analysis of application changes across various components

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience in gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into easily understandable functional requirements
• Familiarity with leading requirements gathering workshops along with solid SQL skills
• Advanced knowhow of BI concepts like ETL, Data Mart, Data Warehouse and Data Lake
• A thorough understanding of Datamodelling concepts related to BI specific developments
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
