Computershare have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our Global InfoSec team in an exciting time of growth.

Our InfoSec teams are responsible for driving the development, deployment, and management of information and cyber security across the Computershare businesses, globally. Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services and other support functions, the Global Information Security team actively supports the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.

A role you will love

As a Security Solutions Architect, you will work as part of a global team of information security professionals and will be responsible for delivering, executing and implementing security solution architectures across the Group in line with the enterprise security architecture and vision.

You will define and maintain security solutions architecture, definitions and articulate associated benefits and costs aligned to technology solutions to delivering projects advancing the security architecture direction.

You will also consult for and engage with Technology Services teams including architecture teams in delivering security solutions architecture with a passion for working collaboratively across global teams.

Some other key responsibilities:
  • Initiate significant change and identify opportunities for improving security
  • Maintain a forward-looking perspective on emerging security and technology developments and their relevance to Business and Technology Strategies
  • Establish, maintain and leverage effective working relationships with all areas of Technology Services and external stakeholders to improve the overall service provided by Global Information Security.
  • Recognise and pro-actively act to exploit future opportunities or to avoid or mitigate future problems/conflicts.


What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for you to be a logical thinker and a problem solver, have great attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other technical teams and non-technical business units. We are big on sharing knowledge in this organisation, so you will be open to new ideas, and willing to share and help implement your own ideas as well.

We are looking for you to have experience within a role where you have been working heavily within security or architecture on a large scale.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Experience in enterprise/solutions architecture within security
  • Experience working with cloud technologies (Azure)
  • Excellent skills in security technologies
  • Knowledge of information risk management and compliance
