Audit Assistant Manager, Turks and Caicos

We are working exclusively with this international Medium Tier firm to find an experienced Audit Senior seeking an employer that offer fast track to Manager and beyond.  The big difference about this role is that you will living on a tropical island with plenty of time to enjoy all it has to offer!

• The successful person in this role will be fast tracked to manager in less than 12 months
• Largest firm in the Turks and Caicos’ with international medium tier firm clients
• Large isn’t that large, the office and team have a very friendly welcoming feel
• Opportunity to be involved in other service lines such as internal audit, advisory, IT, accounting services etc
• Interesting portfolio of clients – lots of financial services, tourism, retail and many more
• Lead audits from planning through to completion, managing small teams
• Work closely with the Partners with the opportunity to be promoted all the way to Partner
• Very short commutes to work, be minutes from the office with the flexibility to work from home
• The island did very well coming out of Covid and business has been booming for the last 12 months

Ideal Applicant

• Professionally qualified ACA/CA/ACCA/CPA of the equivalent
• Around 5 years recent external audit experience
• Experience gained in a similar established location such as the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Europe or South Africa
• An ambitious to move up the ladder
