This financial services organisation based in Hampshire are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to join their growing team.

The organisation is offering hybrid working (2 days WFH), a market leading salary, discretionary annual bonus and 5% pension contribution!

Your new role
As a Compliance Officer you will be assisting the Senior Compliance Officer in carrying out internal audits and measuring it against the company procedures in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan.

As well as:

• Woking with line managers on improvement of first line audits
• Ensuring all actions and anomalies are logged and followed.
• Conducting Thematic reviews

What you'll need to succeed

• A background and knowledge in FCA compliance and internal audits
• Strong communication - Being able to liaise your findings to senior management
• Attention to detail
