Senior Manager Country & Credit Risk

Arthur have partnered with a very large P&C insurer to assist on the appointment of a Senior Country Credit Risk Manager in London. Reporting to the Global Head of Credit Risk, with a view to succession planning, you would be responsible for analysing and reporting on a large portfolio of business whilst managing a small team of credit analysts all in London. 

The Group has a truly global foot-print with a strong and ever expanding presence in Emerging Markets and is a top 3 insurer in each of its chosen market segments in each geographical market.

This role requires the incumbent to partner with the credit & political risk underwriting team along with other senior stakeholders across the business. You will work with the team to ensure a collaborative and profitable underwriting strategy.

It is expected the successful candidates will have a Masters degree in economics or similar related field, you will have extensive experience working on credit solutions from an insurer, bank, investment manager or credit ratings agency.
