About the ideal candidate

Being a confident presenter who is able to relay sometimes complex materials in a way that is both engaging an easy to understand is an important attribute for every trainer.
Having previous experience in presenting training is not a pre-requisite for this role. We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate this skill through their passion for the coaching and development of their team.
In addition to the delivery of training, you’ll also be involved in supporting the wider training team in the development and coordination of the training programme. Therefore, strong project and time management skills are essential.
