Internal Audit Manager - FTSE250

The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) is working with a global FTSE250 specialist chemical company, based in London, to recruit an Internal Audit Manager for their Internal Audit Team. The team is working on a hybrid basis; combination of remote working and in the office around 2/3 time per week with 25% travel (Europe & US).

The Internal Audit Manager is crucial to the team as they are responsible for leading and delivering audits across the whole company group. With the business being varied with operations across the globe, no one day will be the same! This is a fast-growing company with ambitions to enter the FTSE100 list – the audit team is an essential part of making this happen. The role will involve providing assurance across company-wide risks and will see you focusing on financial and operational audits, as well as some IT audits (no experience in this required though).

To be successful it is important to have demonstrable internal audit experience (at least 4yrs of experience) and desire to travel. A relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CISA/CIA/CIMA etc.) is preferred, but not essential – operational and financial experience is more important. Those with IT audit experience or interest are also encouraged to apply.
