This is a fantastic opportunity to join Compare the Market (CTM) as an Analytics Manager. This role will be pivotal in using analytics to develop insights about our customers, products and services to improve customer loyalty and create value.

You will have direct responsibility for a team of analysts, and will work collaboratively with colleagues across CTM (e.g. in marketing, product, and the broader Data team) to develop new opportunities. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives, ensuring that recommendations have maximum impact through clear communication and storytelling. You'll also play a vital role in developing the Data team's capability and delivering innovative insight that puts customer understanding at the heart of decision-making at Compare the Market.

What will it take?

• Proven experience scoping and leading analytical projects
• Management, coaching or mentoring experience
• Broad knowledge of analytical and statistical methods
• Skilled communicator and data storyteller
• SQL and one other programming language (R /Python or equivalent)
• Data visualisation
• Highly collaborative
• Planning, organisation and stakeholder management
• CXM/CRM experience desirable
