We are looking for a talented and motivated Quality Assurance Analyst II to join our team in the US, with the opportunity to work remotely!

A role you will love

As one of our Quality Assurance Analysts II’s, you will be responsible for test planning, test case writing, and execution of device test cases to ensure that developed products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards.

This also includes Performing or assisting in the testing and installation of products and application systems into testing environments as required; Advise in the evaluation and solution of highly technical and complex testing functions and features, problems, and bugs.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform various (Unit, Functional, Regression, Load) and recurring tests from existing test cases, improve test cases. Analyze and recommend improvements based on testing results
  • Completes analysis on business needs and translates use cases into functional, technical, design, system, and test requirements
  • Write test cases for one or more components based on requirement specifications
  • Write bugs with appropriate documentation to allow engineers to analyze
  • Understand QA methodologies and offers suggestions for improvement


What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for you to be a positive and self-motivated individual who likes to collaborate in a dynamic team environment. We also need you to have solid project management skills, interpersonal and communication skills that assists in building lasting relationships and is comfortable in adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key skills that you’ll have:

  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role
  • Routinely familiar interpreting and translating to test cases high-level functional or operational requirements documentation process
  • Demonstrated experience implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with project team and management
  • Experience with process development, with the ability to learn and understand technical concepts in order to interpret, document and formalize procedures
  • Previous Experience with Inegrated System testing, QA testing and user acceptance testing
  • Demonstrated experience with MSWord, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project


Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth experience with various SDLCs, Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid)
  • Experience with SQL and .NET technologies
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies
  • Experience in the mortgage or legal services industries
