You’re as methodical as you are meticulous. Someone with a wealth of experience in data analysis. So have you ever thought about taking your career to a global level?

At FCDO Services, you could do your job, bigger. As a trusted government partner for over 75 years, we protect the UK’s interests around the world. We safeguard government tech. We help earthquake-proof embassies. And a whole lot more besides. This is an opportunity to join us at our UK NACE Cyber Convergence Centre, where we monitor and analyse security data from systems which help protect Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office assets in the UK and overseas.

Provide data analysis that protects assets around the world

With your eye for detail, you’ll analyse, interrogate and evaluate multiple data set events, identifying trends, discovering threats and eliminating false positives. You’ll be responsible for investigating any issues or concerns and help to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. This will involve working closely with customers, technical colleagues overseas and experts across UK NACE which is why you’ll be easy to work with, reliable, responsive, and great at building relationships.

Use your curiosity to eliminate global threats

You’re curious and enjoy scrutinising data, always keen to dig a little deeper so that you can detect, combat and resolve vulnerabilities new technology can bring to our working environment. With your invaluable knowledge and insight, you’ll also help develop analysis tools, identify opportunities and making recommendations on how we can improve our processes and systems.

Develop the skills you need to help people everywhere

When you join us, you’ll be contributing to protecting the nation’s interests at home and overseas. And how will we help you in return? As well as a competitive salary, holiday entitlement and Civil Service pension, we’ll also support your development with some superb training opportunities to help you advance your career with us. On-site gyms, nurseries, canteens and restaurants are available, as well as interest-free season ticket and bike loan. Above all, it’s a chance to join a team with rare impact, using your skills to help us protect people, information and assets around the world. In short, it’s your job, bigger.

Every single colleague must be security cleared before joining us. If you’re successful in your application, we’ll ask you to undergo our vetting process to achieve Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
