As a Business Analyst in our Visas & Immigration team, you’ll be central to the success of a range of complex, large-scale initiatives, providing consultancy and advice to colleagues and partners. You’ll focus on to analysing user and business need, and ensure outcomes align with our service vision and business strategy.

 

The role

You will lead complex analysis activities, built on a sound understanding of the strategic landscape, including the fast-changing global environment. Actively involved in developing business cases, you will consider operational impact as well as overall feasibility. Expect to take a lead in stakeholder communication and to manage key relationships. We’ll look to you to challenge constructively and act as a critical friend in order to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose.

You may also have some functional or people-management responsibilities, including the support, design and building of delivery teams. You will help to develop best practice and build communities of practice. 

 

About you

An experienced business analyst ready for your next challenge, you’ll possess strong business modelling skills and a track-record of successful relationship management in a corporate or government context. You’re someone who is capable of seeing the big picture and delivering at pace. You’re likely to have an ISEB International Diploma (or Advanced Diploma) in business analysis – or another equivalent qualification such as IIBA certification.
