As a Business Analyst in our Visas & Immigration team, you’ll be central to the success of a range of complex, large-scale initiatives, providing consultancy and advice to colleagues and partners. You’ll focus on to analysing user and business need, and ensure outcomes align with our service vision and business strategy.

 

The role

You will play a significant role in the journey from current to future business models, delivering against the target business design. Actively involved in developing business cases, you will consider operational impact as well as overall feasibility. Expect to work with large numbers of different stakeholders and to adapt procedures and methodologies to suit unique scenarios. We’ll also look to you to challenge constructively and act as a critical friend in order to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose.

 

About you

You’ll have a background of providing business analysis for large-scale and complex initiatives. This will include experience in supporting strategic priorities. With strong business modelling skills, you’ll also possess the capabilities needed for successful relationship management. You’re someone who is capable of seeing the big picture and delivering at pace. An ISEB International Diploma (or Advanced Diploma) in business analysis – or another equivalent qualification such as IIBA certification – would be a bonus.
