How You ll Contribute:

Kaufman Rossin Alternative Investment Services, LLC is seeking an Investor Services Representative to join our rapidly growing fund administration practice in Miami. This group provides fund administration services to investors in domestic and offshore hedge fund/private equity fund clients. These services include processing capital activity (subscriptions, transfers, redemptions), reviewing fund and investor documentation, performing anti-money laundering and due diligence checks on investors, investor reporting, and handling investor communications and inquiries.

• Monitor/Index investor services inbound email and faxes
• Perform AML checks, analyze possible issues and reassign for follow up if necessary
• Monitor client bank accounts
• Review and reconcile bank account activity
• Assist with client and investor questions
• Assist with first reviews of confirmation statements/wires
• Draft confirmation statements and share registers/allocation files
• Filing/scanning
• Process audit confirmation statements
• Assist clients with bank account opening process

What Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor s degree
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of investor reporting matters
• Understanding of anti-money laundering procedures and matters
• Ability to clearly communicate with clients/investors via email and phone
• Ability to review documents and liaise with clients/investors to ensure documents are complete

• Knowledge of record-keeping systems
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting
• Team player with superior organizational skills and with ability to work independently, problem-solve, take initiative, and strong communication skills
• Able to work overtime, periodically

Successful candidates will be attentive to details and both quick and accurate in handling them. At this level, you will work with team members, communicate directly with clients, investors, and their legal counsel, and be responsible for a group of clients. You ll be expected to take initiative to resolve problems for clients, investors, and team members.
