CASS Audit Manager

A great opportunity for a CASS Audit Manager to join a very well - known banking organisation based in London!

This will allow you to gain and develop a deep understanding of business priorities, controls and risks to provide reliable, independent assurance and agree management actions to enhance the control framework.

As A CASS Audit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering a plan for significant aspects of audit control with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Managing relationships with important internal customers and acting as their business partner, while taking guidance from senior colleagues.
• Developing procedures and interpreting and applying policies for areas of expertise to achieve specified outputs, or advises the wider business on application of policy, then monitors implementation of those procedures within the organisation.
• Highlighting shortcomings and suggests improvements in current compliance processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit and/or discipline.

Ideally, you will have the following expertise:

• Audit experience
• The process of risk appetite setting and monitoring;
• Customer outcome monitoring and testing;
• Customer Vulnerability
• Elements of effective governance;
• The role of 2nd line oversight; and
• Risk reporting, including data quality.
