Your new role
This exciting role supports with every aspect of Quality measurement across international locations.

• You will support the overall management of the Quality Evaluation process
• Support the project management process and day-to-day management for identified Quality programme/initiative.
• Map out the various timelines/deliverables and align with the expectations
• Ensure clarity on who is delivering what and by when and there is a clear thought process behind each deliverable in order to have a successful launch project within the allocated budget.
• Support the embedding of Quality processes and performance in delivery of Quality metric.
• Manage the Quality content process in the global measurement system, e.g. standards selection process, creation and testing of evaluation forms in the system, liaison with global measurement team, launch of forms and etc.
• Assist on the collation of information and accurate data analysis for Quality updates and presentations to communicate with stakeholders across the business.
• Manage and support all Quality Evaluation communications to stakeholders to drive engagement and ownership in Quality programme.

What you'll need to succeed

• You could come from a number of backgrounds to succeed in this position. A Graduate with a year+ experience or a Quality/Audit background or even Marketing/Brand background. However one of the prime requirements in the role is strong analytical skills and excel skills including pivot tables and v look-ups. (this will be tested) plus the ability to manage and process data and produce reports.
• You will also have great communication skills and organisational skills and be happy liaising internally and externally and working with international territories and time zones.
• You need to be happy with a big proportion of administration in the role, supporting the team as well as being involved with Quality and Audit processes yourself.

Salary in line with experience level £28000-33000 + bens package
