Senior IT Auditor
My client are a UK insurance house who due to an extensive expansion plan are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior IT Auditor to join their UK based operation.
This is an established yet growing team and you will report into a Senior IT Audit Manager and join a team of 6 who are located across the South of England in 3 separate locations.
You will be a key member of the team responsible for the delivery of the Technology Audit Plan across their UK businesses. Providing assurance on the design, establishment of IT/Technology controls across the group, you will
Assist in the delivery of the annual internal audit plan - focussing on IT and Technology risks and controls.
Undertake the delivery of high quality, commercially focussed IT/Technology audits that fulfil the audit objectives, manages client expectations and identifies key risk areas and is delivered to a high standard, complying with Internal Audit methodology, for review by the Manager and Head of.
Your role will involve completing reviews encompassing the scoping and planning phase through to the production of reports for senior management.
This is an expanding team and we seek an experienced Senior IT Auditor who is keen to work within a motivated and dynamic team. You will be keen to work alongside the business and work with them to add value to their processes. Relationship management skills are essential for this role as are team working and the ability to work to deadlines.
Prior experience within financial services is desirable but not essential.
Candidates must be degree educated and be qualified or studying towards CISA or ISACA.
The team are currently operating in a hybrid work model and are going into the office once a week and working from home the rest of the time. When travel returns in earnest, it is not anticipated that it will be more than 20%.
