Internal Audit Manager
A commercial organisation has gone under transformation, and with the appointment of a new Head of Internal Audit & Risk, they are looking to recruit two Internal Audit Managers into the team.
As an Internal Audit Manager, you will work autonomously, add real value to the wider business and be an agent for change. The department Head described the Internal Audit Manager grade as a ‘leadership’ role, with the high expectation of business engagement.
This is a very visible role in the organisation, so you need to have strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills, alongside your technical audit understanding.
To be considered you must have a full relevant qualification (IIA or CCAB), at least four years’ internal audit experience, with a desire to move into a role within a business where you’ll have an immediate impact.
On offer is a fantastic work life balance, a flexible hybrid working pattern (typically a 2/3 day split) and a chance to progress your career with further expansion of the function.
Unfortunately, they are not able offer sponsorship, so you must have full entitlement to work in the UK and relevant UK-based experience.
