Grade 10: £41,591 - £44,624 pro rata plus the opportunity for a 10% Market Rate Supplement for the right candidate

This is a great opportunity to join our stable, forward thinking and innovative Audit, Risk and Assurance Shared Service (ARA) team.

The Principal Auditor, ICT and Data Analytics is an exciting new role. 

The successful candidate will be the lead point of contact (portfolio lead) for ICT and Data Analytics activity within the Shared Service. Responsibilities would include planning, co-ordinating and undertaking risk based ICT and Data Analytics internal audit assignments in complex areas. The post will also have activity manager and line management responsibilities. 

You must hold a recognised ICT Internal Audit qualification and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of delivering and leading on risk based ICT internal audits. Full understanding of the principles of Internal Audit and Risk Management are required. The post holder will be able to manage their allocated workload to meet deadlines with minimum supervision. Strong communication, negotiating and influencing skills are essential, as you will have exposure to Members, senior officers and stakeholders within our partners.
