About the Opportunity As Studio Retail progresses through its digital transformation, this opportunity forms part of the wider organisational development of the Financial Services function. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Credit Risk / SME Analyst to develop and implement credit risk strategies that support and optimise outcome for customers with low financial resilience. Identify and maximise opportunities to improve strategy performance. Contribute to the delivery of FS goals for managing Vulnerable customers What will you be accountable for? Monitoring and developing the Credit Risk strategies, making recommendations to optimise their performance. Providing effective coaching and mentoring of Analysts, building capabilities to maximise Credit Risk models and strategies Implementing and adhering to all governance, risk and compliance standards, ensuring strategies deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business Identifying, building and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver the agreed performance Who are we looking for? Experience of working within the retail, financial services sector Extensive experience of credit risk strategy development Extensive experience of working and delivering in a regulated environment Excellent working knowledge of financial standards and guidelines e.g. FCA, TCF, Data Protection Experience of managing and developing the performance of others, either through couching or direct reporting management. Is delivery and customer focussed Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands Excellent communication and engagement skills Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels Is commercially astute Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at an appropriate level Is analytical, pragmatic, and systematic in approach to problem solving Applied experience of analytic software, such as SQL or SAS. Ability to manage conflict and knows when to escalate IT literate Why Studio Retail?
