ESG Manager - London - Permanent Ref: DB1470 Competitive Salary Plus Benefits A brilliant opportunity for an experienced ESG Manager to join a large well-established, multi-disciplinary firm within the property sector in the lively city of London. In order to be considered for this ESG Manager role you will have; BSc/MSc in Sustainability or similar Relevant experience in a similar role Member of IEMA or similar (Desirable) Brilliant communication skills and time management IT literate and experienced with data analysis and ability to create complex formulas Excellent attention to detail and computer skills Experience of working with sustainability data, including knowledge of energy, water, waste, and carbon Working as an ESG Manager you will; Liaise with clients on ESG implementation and data reporting Analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources e.g. energy, water, waste, air quality Identify the clients ESG strategy and deliver services and data reporting Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders Review sustainability performance at asset level; advising on priorities and on the implementation of interventions Support with environmental legislation and compliance audits, sustainability reporting & disclosure, tenant engagement, health & wellbeing, waste management, travel planning, social value, and biodiversity Enhance sustainability performance for clients' assets Support and drive new innovations in sustainability Liaise with consultants to deliver assessments when needed, such as; ISO 14001 & ISO 50001, NABERS, WELL, Accessibility, and Biodiversity Our client is offering a competitive starting salary, along with excellent benefits package including; private health care, generous holiday allowance, career progression, pension and many more.
