Client Details This Credit Risk Analyst role will be working for a growing FMCG business in Slough. Description This temporary Credit Risk Analyst position, will involve the following responsibilities: Analyse and provide recommendations / approve credit applications within risk discretion's and policies Analysis and risk assessment of credit proposals will mean that the majority of recommendations will be ratified without the need for additional information Add value/be proactive in finding ways to structure proposals so that an approval can be given, thus maximising risk and reward. Ensure that Conditions of Approval are clearly specified. Communicate clearly with Commercial teams and intermediaries, both verbal and written, in a business like and professional manner to present a balanced discussion on credit applications Deal with all issues within remit and to ensure all critical departmental issues are communicated to the management as appropriate. Profile The ideal Credit Risk Analyst will have the following: Comprehensive credit analysis experience from within a banking / asset finance environment. Ability to interpret and draw conclusions from financial and non-financial information and implement improvement plans. Experience of using Credit Scoring modules and clear understanding of Experian Credit Reports on Individuals (CAIS). Fluent in business English language - written and verbal. Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word and Excel). Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently.Job Offer This role offers a hybrid working pattern
