Computershare Governance Services is the division within Computershare responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining software and services to legal users of large national and multi-national corporations.

A role you will love

You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of a high quality client experience. Ensuring that the day to day resolution of queries are responded to accurately and with agreed to timeframes described in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

In this role you will work closely with Regional Team Leads, Regional Managers and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure all client activity is actioned and reviewed in order to meet strict deadlines and service delivery levels.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create and maintain all required case documentation on the salesforce CRM system.
  • Analyse the nature of all client requests and determine the correct person/team that would respond to the client.
  • Proactively call clients to communicate our strategic direction with the product line, build and maintain strong relationships with the clients user community and technical resources.
  • Support sales efforts by assisting in and conducting product demonstrations for both existing clients and prospects.
  • Oversight and visibility of entire client GEMS relationship, including additional products such as Registered Agent, Data Management Services, Projects and Technical Requirements
  • Conduct and Manage Steering call to help navigate and grow client relationship while communicating and maintaining the overall strategic plan for the account.
  • Collaborate with Operations team to facilitate requests for Invoice/Billing, Required Security Documents, Contract Amendments and Renewals.

 


What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for somebody with great communication skills, alongside the ability to build collaborative and effective working relationships with people based in various locations. The role requires a candidate with proven client servicing skills who possesses a positive and collaborative approach to problem solving and solution engineering.

Essential

  • Demonstrate experience of analyzing complex issues and identifying root causes
  • A good communicator, experienced on multiple levels via multiple channels
  • Ability to articulate requirements and tailor to target audience
  • Shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills


Desirable

  • Minimum 1-Year servicing clients in the Governance, Risk and Compliance industry.
  • Minimum 1-Year supporting software based solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance industry.
  • Advanced understanding of Corporate Secretarial needs.
  • Experience working directly with confidential client materials on a daily basis.

Salary: $55,000 -$70,000
