My leading Financial Services Client is on the search for a highly skilled Auditor Manager to join their growing Banking and Risk Management Team. This role is a Hybrid-Role based in London, Paris, Brussels or Amsterdam.
 
Responsibilities of an Auditor Manager:

• Lead or contribute to preparing and executing audit strategies for the assigned audit reviews, and report on observed control issues and the agreed solutions.
• Establish procedures without precedent and carry out particular but more difficult audit procedures as necessary to finish the audit engagement.
• Independently communicates audit work outcomes.
• Keep up to date with all relevant industry trends and key changes within the organization.
• Plan each individual audit engagement, including identifying the major risks, controls, and procedures that need to be followed.
• Participate in the team's ongoing monitoring of critical risk measures and quarterly reporting of those metrics to IA management.

Essential skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in auditing, gained in either a professional practice or corporate environment (ideally Big 4).
• Solid financial services audit experience.
• Experience within credit/market/liquidity risk audits.
• Ability to be flexible, persistent, results oriented and cross collaborate with others.
• Able to work within a complex, multi-national organisation.
• Good organization, analytical, problem solving and communications skills.
• Obtained or working towards Audit certifications.
