Manager of Corporate Sustainability

About This Role

Develop and lead Ace's sustainability program, provide project management for construction and renovation projects, daily management of outsourced services, and provide cross functional support across the organization. Position also supports the Global Real Estate Manager with site searches, lease negotiations, and facility best practices.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and lead sustainability initiatives.
  • Participate in the management of construction and renovation projects.
  • Support internal business partners and act as their liaison with the Property Administration.
  • Manage the relationship with outside service vendors.
  • Provide support to the Global Real Estate manager and ensure lease compliance.
  • Prepare annual expense and capital budgets and provide ongoing management of expenses.
  • Create, implement, and oversee compliance with policies and business practices.
  • Provide daily administration and support of the Records Management policy and program.
  • Solicit, negotiate, and implement service contract and agreements.


Who You Are

The ideal candidate is able to work independently and deliver on time results, convey clear concepts and ideas with all levels of leadership using both written and verbal communications, and make good business decisions by taking appropriate risks. The candidates must also be a leader with the ability to manage diverse teams and have the ability to manage multiple project and initiatives at the same time.

Required Skills
  • College degree plus a minimum of 3-years' experience in facility operations or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products including PowerPoint and Project.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects .
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Budget creation and management.
  • Time management with the ability multi-task.
  • History of managing outsourced vendor services such as mail, cafeteria, and vending, and janitorial.


Preferred Skills
  • Earned certification in sustainability, facility management, or property management.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)


Compensation Details:

$85000 - $95000 per year
