Senior Associate, Wealth Management Audit

We are currently partnering with the Wealth Management division of a major global banking group who have an opportunity for an experienced internal auditor with experience of Wealth or asset management looking to progress their career, working with some of the brightest and the best.

• You will have responsibility for delivering audit projects across all aspects of their Wealth business
• Develop and maintain understanding of business areas, its products, and supporting functions
• Get involved in each part of the audit cycle, including scoping, planning, fieldwork and reporting.
• Perform walkthroughs with stakeholders to perform control design assessments and presenting results to management
• Identify risks, assess controls, and make recommendations on improving the control environment
• Prepare effective audit conclusions and findings, and present to Internal Audit senior management and business stakeholders

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have experience of leading audits of Retail banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or Private Banking.
• Good understanding of relevant risks, regulations and processes
• Be able to manage and influence stakeholder relationships
• Drive and energy as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
