FTSE100 - Internal Audit Manager

The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) is working with a global FTSE100 technology business which has a strong social impact aiming to make the world a safer and greener place. Their technologies cross medical, transportation and environmental spheres with cutting-edge research to help them achieve their targets. Based in Buckinghamshire and operating 2-3times from the office and the rest in a hybrid way they are looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join them.

The Internal Audit Manager will be an integral part of the internal audit team who will contribute ideas and influence the business by managing their key stakeholders as well as deliver a variety of projects. This business’s audit team is very well respected and has a great relationship with the wider business. It is a very high-performing team who enjoy the innovative and dynamic environment of the role. The business is committed to reducing their carbon footprint and thus are not travelling much at the moment, but candidates need to be comfortable with 30% if business needs require.

This is suitable for a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIA/CIMA) candidate with 3-6yrs of external audit experience from the Big4/Top10 or a commercial organisation looking to make their first step into internal audit. Those at the beginning of their internal audit careers will also be considered.  This business is looking for future leaders so it is imperative to have great communication skills and eagerness to learn the wider business.
