Astrum Search is delighted to be in a position to represent this acquisitive FTSE international group of companies in their quest to find a true business partner to join this dynamic Internal Audit Team as an Audit Professional.. 

This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful change and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective governance and risk management. Reporting directly to the Internal Audit Manager and interacting frequently with Audit Directors, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct multiple audit, assurance, and advisory engagements
• Develop a risk-based audit strategy and program
• Interact with operational and finance teams to ensure work aligns with strategy
• Communicate audit findings and develop practical recommendations
• Collaborate with management to drive action plans
• Build relationships with internal audit team and stakeholder groups
• Conduct ad hoc special assignments and advisory projects
• Support the continuous development of the internal audit function

The Successful candidate:

• 3-5 year Internal or External Audit experience
• Professional accountancy or internal audit qualification
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for self-development and continuous improvement
