Internal Audit Manager, Asset Management, £80k

Through internal promotion, a position has been created within the internal audit team at a specialist asset management company in London. This role will suit an audit professional with existing technical skills covering the risks, regulations, processes and products of the investment management industry.

Your experience may have been gained within a consulting role in professional services or working at another asset manager. In the position, you will have the opportunity to lead end to end audits and will gain exposure to the front office as well as back office and corporate functions. Working as part of a small team, you will have exposure through your audit work, to senior people within the business and learn from experienced colleagues including a supportive and knowledgeable Head of Audit.

The is no need for any travel and the team work from home 2-3 days a week according to business demands.

With the previous incumbent being promoted into a portfolio lead position, there is clear evidence of career progression and a cohesive team environment.
