Audit Senior Manager - New Zealand

This firm is growing quickly and has one of the largest audit teams in the country. Senior Managers are needed to ensure the audit quality and service continues to be recognised as tops in the country. You will:

• Work with the most recognised clients in the corporate and SME industries 
• Work with new teams and clients every 3-4 weeks giving you lots of variety in the role 
• Talk to business owners and really get to know the business and find ways to help them grow
• Work flexi time and only come into the office when you need to
• Work very closely with Partners as they have been growing their partnership to allow for mentorship of senior staff 
• Have access to global training tools
• Have clear progression plan to Director and Partner  
• Join a friendly and social office with sport teams, social clubs, etc

Requirements

• Internationally recognised qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA etc.)
• Experience with Corporate and SME clients 
• Extensive experience working with IFRS
• Strong coaching and training skills 
• 2 years experience as Manager or Senior Manager experience
• Ability to build rapport with clients
