KPP Search is partnered with a globally recognised consultancy, based in Auckland, New Zealand. They are looking to hire a manager, or candidates ready for that next step, to oversee the day-to-day operations of audit engagements.

You will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. During your time as a manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of external audit clients ranging in size. You will develop effective business relationships with clients, and lead audit teams in delivering quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Ability to show findings and recommend advice for new implementations.
• Proficient problem solving to make recommendations that shape or support the clients business strategy.
• Knowledgeable understanding of both audit and risk advisory which will allow you to have a better understanding of our stakeholders needs and complex problems.
• Effective communication and rapport building in order to positively influence clients and teams.
• Maximising results across the business whilst maintaining exceptional client services.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional experience within the top-tier consulting firms
• Professional accounting/audit/finance qualifications or working towards are preferred
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Proven ability to lead audit teams and work effectively in a team environment
