Job Details
An opportunity has arisen for an internal auditor to join a global investment and corporate bank in a first line of defence role. This is newly created position responsible for designing and implementing a first line control testing framework and control monitoring programme across Europe to assess the strength of controls operated in the business. The bank operates a hybrid working policy with 3-4 days / week in the office.
The suitable candidate will have prior experience in internal audit or a similar assurance role in banking or financial services, ideally with exposure to capital markets and relevant regulations, such as Mifid II. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. This is a really interesting opportunity for someone currently in internal audit who would like to utilise their experience in a first line of defence role.
