Role: Manager, ESG Location: London Salary: up to GBP80k LHH Recruitment Solutions are excited to be working with a leading asset manager with who are seeking a manager to join their ESG Strategy team. Reporting to the Head of Global ESG Strategy, the role will support their efforts in driving the firms responsible investing initiatives to positively drive new business and play a key role in client retention. Key responsibilities include: Developing an understanding of emerging global regulatory requirements in order to aid implementation and future development of the firms responsible investing efforts Assisting with completion of industry wider reporting obligations e.g. TCFD, PRI, SFDR Contributing to new business development Acting as the first point of contact for all internal responsible investing related questions Leading and providing support for internal project work and proactively suggesting and leading on enhancements in processes, systems and client experience. The ideal candidate will: Be studying, or intending to study towards the IMC or CFA Have relevant BSc/BA (Mathematics/Economics or similar) Experience in the financial services/investment industry Have ESG experience as well as knowledge of ESG requirements on EMEA institutional investors (Pension Funds in Benelux/UK, Insurance Companies etc) Have strong analytical skills If you are interested and would like to learn more or apply then reach out to Darren Spain or George Moore at LHH Recruitment Solutions
