COMPLIANCE OFFICER - GUILDFORD - CGBP40K My client who are a specialist within their field and have their head office based in the centre of Guildford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Compliance Officer to join their office based team on a permanent basis. As Compliance Officer you will be responsible for supporting the development of a sustainable compliance management system. You will monitor new regulations and laws in accordance with the current guidelines and work towards their implementation and compliance. You will work closely with the companys interfaces, such as money laundering, data protection, IT security, sales and administration. Key responsibilities: Further development of a Group-wide, sustainable compliance management system Support in the adaptation of compliance standards and new regulations within the company Consulting and training of employees Cooperation in an international context, especially in the area of compliance Implementation and support of internal and external audits Experience and Skills: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant environment IT and Project Management skills A team player, self-organised, and highly reliable in your role
