Through growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Compliance Officer. In this varied role you will be responsible for all matters of compliance, whilst working with the Operations Manager to ensure that compliance standards and policies are maintained. You will be supporting the Operations Manager when advising the board and wider business on compliance and regulatory matters. You will identify opportunities and solutions, whilst managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring that second line of defence audits are met within the TCF guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong compliance experience from the insurance industry. You will have good understanding of general insurance regulatory requirements and will have a strong delivery focus.
