Compliance Analyst

A Financial Services company experiencing rapid growth and specializing in the use of FX and Payments technology is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their Function. This is a small but well-established Function, highly valued within the business, where new additions to the team gain excellent exposure and experience around cross-border Payments. This role reports directly into the Compliance Manager with a dotted line to the Compliance Officer.

In this role, you will be involved in:

• Designing and Testing the Compliance Monitoring Plan in accordance with FCA regulations
• All matters concerning management of AML/KYC alerts
• Conducting Due Diligence around Onboarding and Transaction Monitoring
• Developing new Compliance Policies
• Remaining updated with new Compliance Regulations

The desired candidate will have:

• Demonstrable Financial Crime experience within the Financial Services/Payments Industry
• In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations
• A strong, analytical mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
