This opportunity is perfect for a credit risk professional at Senior Manager or VP level, looking to join a large Bank based here in Sydney who is looking to step up into a global brand player or diversify their own career portfolio & who seeks an autonomous & dynamic environment.

Your work areas cover asset finance, equity investment & corporate lending portfolios with diversified clients spanning Tech, Telco, Media, Aviation, Healthcare and more. You will support the build & analysis of complex transactions, originated by the front office, whilst making recommendations on deal structuring to finish. 60% domestic & 40% international split of transaction approvals.

Working alongside an experience team with genuine market leaders in this space, the successful candidate will be part of a hugely collaborative credit risk function unlike any other in Australia.

Responsibilities

• The team work agnostically to sector and as such hold diverse equity investment and corporate lending portfolios across several client portfolios. Bringing a challenging environment & optimum growth platform for someone looking to broaden their career insight.
• Senior Stakeholder Management in providing advisory and best practice strategy to Director level executives on credit risk exposure of diverse asset finance portfolios.
• Working in tandem with stakeholders across Front Office, Credit, Risk and other areas in making transaction decisions on best investment strategy.
• Contributing to structuring and risk management.
• Assessing emerging market risk that affect portfolio performance and investment decisions.
• Deliver clear credit exposure modelling reports, data and insight to senior management.

Requirements

• Must have prior FS experience - within investment/Institutional Banking
• Big 4 transaction and deal advisory experience welcome
• Ideally asset finance & corporate lending credit risk
