Team Leader - Transaction Reporting

A prestigious and long-standing financial services company is looking for an experienced Transaction Reporting expert to lead their transaction reporting team.

Your tasks will be:

• Technical management and further development of a team of up to six employees
• Responsibility for the regulatory reports (including §26 MiFIR) and the AWV reports
• Continuous development of reporting and settlement processes
• Identification and implementation of new regulatory requirements
• Management of projects and ensuring timely implementation

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in reporting regulatory transactions in the securities business to various registration authorities (FCA, BaFin, FINMA, etc.)
• Pronounced product knowledge in the field of equity, derivatives and bond markets
• Very good understanding of the front-to-back processes in international securities trading
• Very good written and spoken German and English and very good communication skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking, high level of initiative and assertiveness
• Willingness to do limited travel
