My leading Manufacturing client is on the search for a highly motivated senior operations auditor to join their growing Operations Audit Department. This role is a Hybrid-Role based in Stockholm.
Responsibilities of Senior Internal Auditor:
- Assist in the development of the audit scope and objectives, audit programs, execute and potentially lead parts of the fieldwork phase, and support the reporting phase of engagements.
- Participate in meetings with management to define the scope and timing of audits, review audit findings and recommendations.
- Work on a complex global Commercial Operations audits to highlight issues and propose solutions.
- Responsible for applying knowledge of financial concepts in executing audit fieldwork and day-today activities, in accordance with established performance standards.
- Interacting with client personnel, including middle and Senior Management, on a regular basis, including Internal Controls.
- Work with cross-functional management teams across the organisation to leverage efficiencies and streamline the evaluation and monitoring of internal controls.
Essential skills:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Audit gained in either a professional practice or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of operational process, control concepts and business knowledge regarding financial risk.
- Extensive experience and an active interest in data analytics.
- Ability to be flexible, persistent, results oriented and cross collaborate with others.
- Good organization, analytical, problem solving and communications skills.
- Able to work within a complex, multi-national organisation.
