About the team

The Future Workplace team is responsible for defining the shape, size and working environments for the group’s future property portfolio and workforce. Working closely with divisions to understand their needs, the team translate business strategy, resource needs and how we forecast, attract and retain talent in to a location strategy.

About the role

The PMO Analyst will support the PMO lead to ensure governance, reporting & planning is in place - embedding PMO methodologies, tools and processes to assist effective delivery within cost, quality and timescale objectives.

You’ll be someone who shows a real passion for controls but works with real pragmatism. You’ll be part of a PMO team who helps ensure governance, reporting & planning is in place and done consistently.

You’ll be fundamental in embedding PMO methodologies, tools and processes to assist effective delivery within cost, quality and timescale objectives. You’ll be provided dedicated hands on support to Senior Programme Managers to make sure their governance in effective and effective whilst taking some of the blockers and pain away. You’ll also provide advice, guidance and coaching to our project delivery community on governance best practice.

What we need from you!

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Governance & Compliance : Application of governance standards and co-ordination of stage gate deliverables
  • Controls: Experience with controls and effective tracking and monitoring of these; and have the ability to challenge stakeholders in the right way
  • Meeting Governance: support governance meetings, preparing supporting material and tracking outputs and escalations.
  • Tools: Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of MS Project (preferred). CMT previous experience would be advantageous.
