In your new role you will:

• Coordination and prioritization of use cases
  
  • in Production, Technology, Quality Management, Facility Management and Planning
  • for Preventive Maintenance, Image Classification, Business Process Analysis, Energy and Utilization Simulations
  • Disciplinary and functional management of the Data Analytics and Digitalization (DAD) department at the Regensburg FE factory
• Monitor and control relevant KPIs for the DAD area and set site targets
• Develop and manage the DAD roadmap for use cases and requirements in alignment with local management and cluster strategy, including the inclusion of solutions from other sites
• Optimize workflows, processes and methodologies in own area of responsibility and initiate improvement projects
• Coordination at the interfaces to various departments within the Regensburg FE as well as to other FE locations and our internal customers
• Negotiation and planning of resources, projects and budgets on site level
• Establishment of a strong network and definition of interfaces to various departments at the site as well as to external partners incl. evaluation of potential partners

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master degree in IT, Science or other technical studies
• Ideally 7 years of professional experience (preferable in Semiconductor industry or Consulting)
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in data extract, transform, load solutions and data analytics solutions in industry (preferable Semiconductor)
• Experience in building up and leading a new Data Science Department in another company or leading agile projects of advantage
• Profound in communications and presentation of technical solutions to different stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English
