- Prepare and edit high volume of Due Diligence screening-related data in MS Excel connecting information from different data sources in an Excel-spreadsheet environment
- Upload mass data into Compliance Desktop Screening Tool and support the risk-based assessment of Screenings by first-level analysis of identified red flags received from databases
- Support the monitoring of Due Diligence Process Compliance, instruct colleagues globally and interact with other enabling functions
- Support the change process of Due Diligence Process with feedback regarding improvements
- Administer Screening Tool and instruct users, provide trainings if necessary
- Monitor and administer ABAC E-Mailbox and handle responses
- Work on several topics with a complex background
- Work on different IT solutions to manage data quality
- Participate and conduct smaller Compliance Projects as required
- Coordination of global compliance experts and contact persons to ensure a consistent and systematic compliance approach
- Bachelor in a business administration or Bachelor in Science or Apprenticeship or related
- Basic understanding of Compliance or related company risks is a plus
- Ability to manage variety of different tasks
- Excellent Excel skills (vLookUp, Pivot-tables)
- Other data analytics and data management skills are a plus
- Experience with IT systems incl. Microsoft Office with a focus on MS SharePoint etc.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work on several topics with a complex background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
