About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our People Ethics & Governance team. You will be responsible for providing analysis and producing meaningful insights across a suite of indicators and data sets, to provide people themes across the organisation. This will support the business to help them understand their focus areas and enable positive and measurable action for our colleagues.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the scheduling and completion of regulatory e-learning, reporting results and outcomes to enable action to be taken
  • Create and manage a broad People MI dashboard, utilizing the existing and developing new data sets including cultural indicators, OD measures, Audit actions tracking, RAG dashboards and commentary
  • Design 'People Thematic' reporting, drawing together the results of Compliance, Audit and any 3rd party reviews with data from Risk Event Reporting, disciplinaries and Conduct Rules
  • Produce the HR Newsletter
  • Administration of the team shared mailbox
  • Support with the annual Fitness and Propriety process for all populations
  • Support with deliver of training on SMCR as required

About you

  • Experience of working with large and complex data sets
  • Ability to manage various projects at one time
  • Ability to use data points to draw out themes and focus areas
  • Any type of cultural reporting would be deeply beneficial
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications
